Chronic Pain & Living Well

Are you tired of suffering? Have you tried doctor after doctor with little-to-no relief from constant pain? I am an expert living with and helping people who suffer from chronic pain.

If you want to feel better…It actually starts with you.

What I often find in working in this field is that we are trained to keep seeking out medical professionals to “fix” us.  Good medical and healing partners are important, but not as important as the work you can learn to do to take control of your chronic pain.

How can you get started?

First, you need to know how much of your life is being impacted by pain. I’m not just referring to the pain in your body, but also how the rest of your entire life is being affected as well (home life, work, relationships).

The first step is to spend 15 minutes taking this pain survey, and then I will schedule a free 30 minute on-line session with you to review your personal pain roadmap.

This plan will help you zero in on what you can do to start improving the quality of your day-to-day life.

If you are like most of the people I work with, your body hurts, you mood has changed – maybe depression and anxiety are bothering you, and you are under a lot of stress.

It’s a lot to take all at once!

No wonder so many people feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start.

Once you have your personal pain roadmap, then we have a place to get started.  If you decide to work with me, we will work together on specific goals to:

  • Improve your mood
  • Reduce your stress levels
  • Develop your pain management coping strategies
  • Increase the quality of your sleep

I am here to tell you that there is a good life that you can live, even with managing a serious challenge like chronic pain.

So let’s get started. Take 15 minutes now to take the first step to your personal pain roadmap.

I look forward to helping you change your life, one habit at a time.
