Lauren Bringle is a yoga instructor and writer based in Austin, Texas. She holds a 200 hour Dharma Yoga Teacher Certification, a 12 hour Sukha Yoga Yin Yoga Teacher Certification and is currently working towards an additional 300 hour advanced RYT certification with Practice Yoga. Through her life experience of grueling years as a pre-professional ballerina, a decade of abuse and recovering from seven surgeries, Lauren has an intimate understanding of loss, heartbreak and healing on both a physical and mental level. She shares her hard-learned insights through the tools of writing and yoga, in the hopes that she can help others find their own healing paths and help guide them through their journey.
